March is reading month! Elementary student dress up as:
Today: Dress like you’re traveling on a pirate ship or wear red.
Tomorrow: Wear your favorite traveling hat and the color black.
Congratulations to the newest members of the National Honor Society: Peyton Buckner, Allison Burrus, Gwendolyn Hayes, Myles Hallead, and Easton Kequom.
Friday, March 27th is the last day of the third marking period.
Spring Break is Monday, March 30th through Friday, April 3rd. School resumes Monday, April 6th.
Free Spring Break activities for 6th through 12th grade students in Manistee Saturday, March 28th through Saturday, April 4th. For a list of activities please visit armoryyouthproject.com or the community events bulletin board.
Parent/Teacher Conferences are Thursday, April 9th. Students will be released at 12:50.

Laker Sports:
Bear Lake’s robotics team will be heading to Traverse City West tonight and competing in a District Tournament Event that runs through Saturday night.
8th-11th grade students interested in the possibility of joining a wrestling team next winter, please sign up in the HS office. Students signing up can not dual sport with basketball.
