March is reading month! Elementary students dress up as:
Today: Wear your favorite traveling hat and the color black.
NHS students will leave at 9:50 today to help the Bear Lake Community Church work the food truck.
Friday, March 27th is the last day of the third marking period.
Spring Break is Monday, March 30th through Friday, April 3rd. School resumes Monday, April 6th.
Free Spring Break activities for 6th through 12th grade students in Manistee Saturday, March 28th through Saturday, April 4th. For a list of activities please visit armoryyouthproject.com or the community events bulletin board.
Parent/Teacher Conferences are Thursday, April 9th. Students will be released at 12:50.

Laker Sports:
Bear Lake’s robotics team is at Traverse City West competing in a District Tournament Event that runs through Saturday night.
The HS track team travels to Grand Valley University. The meet starts at 2:00 and athletes will leave at 10:30. Please excuse athletes at 10:15.
8th-11th grade students interested in the possibility of joining a wrestling team next winter, please sign up in the HS office. Students signing up can not dual sport with basketball.
